Every pack page links out to its listing on Fab — that’s where the purchase and download happen. This site is a catalogue, not a checkout.

Licensing terms are set by Fab’s marketplace license, which applies to every pack sold there. Check the license tier on the Fab listing before using a pack in a commercial project.

Formats can vary slightly from pack to pack, but every pack is delivered in Unreal Engine format at minimum. Need something else — Unity, a different export, another format entirely? Get in touch via the contact page and it can usually be arranged. For the exact list of what’s included with a specific pack, the quickest reference is that pack’s own Fab listing.
